"this is an early 80s khs olympian i found rusting in my friends backyard. i ground off the cable guides, sanded and painted it myself (with rustoleum). its got weinmann dp18 rims, bianchi pista bars, a saddle off a masi speciale fixed, and mks gr-9 pedals with power grips instead of clips n straps. those and the rest of the parts are what i could get cheap. my goal was to keep it as inexpensive as possible. its my first fixed but not my last. im already planning another project."
This is an awesome “fixed”! However, it would have been better if you had painted it hot pink to match your favorite jump suit that you have hanging in your closet!
do i know u? how do u know about the jumpsuit?
stunning ride, all a fixie should be-found,ground,sprayed and ridden, even the power grips are perfect.great job! enjoy
Good call on the brown saddle. Black would have been boring.
