"Hello, I just recently bought this 2007 Felt TK2 aluminum frame and put together my first track bike. The frame is 60cm (I'm 6'2"), and I'm running it at a 50/18 gear ratio. The rims are Velocity Deep Vs that were custom drilled for 48 spokes on Suzue hubs. The bars are Easton EC90 SLX, stem is Easton EA70, just the stock Felt carbon fork, saddle is a Fizik Arione CX, pedals are Keo Sprints, front brake is Shimano 105, FSA Afterburner cranks, and the bottom bracket is a Raceface. I'm gonna be using this mostly as a commuter. Oh, and it only weighs a little over 16 pounds. Hope you like it!"
I <3 ur fork!!!!!
Love the build, definitely looks like a fast ride.
Fucking Rad!!!!
A+ for the bike
C- for the picture
What’s wrong with my garage door?
Hey how rigid is that frame…I have a Masi Coltello and am probably going to build another track bike just wondering how it was to ride and pricing?
The frame is very stiff and fast. It’s my first track bike, so I can’t compare it to any others, but I ride a Cannondale Six13 (carbon/aluminum mix) as my road bike, and the Felt is at least as stiff as that.
I got it on Craigslist for $425 for the frame, fork, stem, and seatpost. It’s a super nice frame, definitely glad I bought it.
Definitely one of the nicest track bikes I’ve seen in a while. Are you doing and track races?
Clipless is scary on a fixie
